missed wake-up unclear pricing

I had hoped for a flawless stay, but there were a couple of hiccups. The promised wake-up call never came, so I nearly missed my early meeting. the minibar prices were surprisingly high. I felt a bit ripped off after seeing the bill. The items were not clearly priced, which led to an unpleasant surprise at checkout. I expected better transparency, and the lack of it left a sour taste.

Uneven stay AT this hotel

inadequate air conditioning unclean carpet

The location was acceptable for accessing many tourist spots.

I found several issues . The air conditioning in the room was inadequate, leaving the room stuffy. the carpet seemed unclean. It felt old and unhygienic.

friendly staff helpful reception clear view great location

the staff were friendly and helpful at the reception. they were flexible with check-in and check-out, and advised on location alternatives. my room had a beautiful, clear view. it was a beautiful room. the location is in a beautiful area, very close to eateries and train stations.

the glass shower screen allowed a little too much water to drip onto the floor.

the breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful each morning. the front desk staff also spoke english and were patient as i tried to speak french. the team accommodated my requests with a smile and efficiency.
